Huh...Well never underestimate Mrs. Rowling.  Secondly,  if we assume that if anyone is like poisoned is would be sweet Lily's sister Petunia.....call me crazy.  I would think since Lily was sweet as honey the opposite of that would be the rotten apple of the family.  Maybe that is why DD feels so at ease with Harry being at the Dursleys.
