I agree totally with you that that Percy in not evil and I would like 
to clarify what I meant.  My intention was that his personality is to 
follow rules over "goodness" and therefore he will unwittingly become 
a tool of the nasty fellas.  Of course any time that rules don't 
contradict goodness and family he will be good and comitted to his 
family, as in the examples brought above (the QWC riot and when Ron 
came out of the lake).
