As one of those people who have late July birthdays, can I ask that 
you guys not refer to our birth month as sad...... Sure I didn't 
have a birthday party until I was 17, but I always just accepted it. 
I think Harry probably has too. He wouldn't have known any 
different. It doesn't seem that Dudley's birthday is celebrated with 
a huge party, rather it seems that the Dursleys do things as a 
family. So Harry probably doesn't expect the type of birthday party 
that other kids get.
