I'm not Eileen, but it seems you may have misunderstood what
she was referring to.

I thought she was saying that she feels a lot of H/Hr's
think R/Hr's are arrogant because they truly don't see *any*
H/Hr signs in canon, which doesn't have anything to do with
supposed off page "snogging".
