There is no canononical evidence that Draco has any siblings. I hadn't even 
thought of the possibilty, however someone did mention it awhile ago (can't 
for the life of me remember who). They said something like: Draco has all 
the bad qualities of the baby in the family, implying that he is likely to 
have an older sibling. Whoever said this, can you elaborate? This seems like 
a really interesting idea, so I'd love to hear your theory on it.
