I tend to see Draco as a spoiled only child who never had to learn to
share with younger siblings and never had to live in the shadow of an
older sibling. The fact that the Malfoys only brought one child (him) to
the Quidditch World Cup further supports the "only child" hypothesis, but
we won't know for sure unless JKR tells us in future books or interviews.
BTW, I'm not claiming that all only children are spoiled by any stretch.
I know plenty of well-adjusted onlies. Draco just isn't one of them. ;)
