I think the original message was talking about Rita spying on HRH et al 
(don't have the book so can't remember exactly who she was spying on, but I 
remember one instance when Krum removed a beetle from Hermione's hair) and 
not on Voldemort, that would have been an achievement, and one that I'm sure 
we would all know about had she accomplished it.
