I agree.
She might have been able to keep quiet about her age, but
after several birthdays it should have come out eventually.

Maybe there is no taunting because Hermione isn't really
*that* young?

After all, a few weeks is really no big deal.
It's not as if she is a virtual genius who is years younger
than her peers.

But I agree with what several people on this list have touch
