OOP: connection to GoF spoiler?

       I was following the thread about how the GoF spoilers turned out when 
I had an odd and amusing thought. In reference to JKR's comment about GoF 
containing the first 'truly evil female character' and her comment about a 
Weasly cousin, female, who was later dropped for Rita Skeeter...could the 
Weasly cousin have been the truly evil female she meant? And, if so, maybe 
that cousin is the new female DADA instructor with the 'poisoned honey' 
personality.

       Cheryl the Lynx, who thinks that would be an amusing, and 'Bangy', 
turn of events...
