Yes, I'll bet that's right on the nose. I had always wondered why 
the Dursley's should encourge such gluttoness behavior in Dudley, 
but it could be just another way of "stamping out" whatever magical 
qualities Dudley has. Poor boy. I wonder what will happen to him?
