Hi D!

"It Ain't Over...." is an expression dating from the 50's/60's.  I'm 
not sure who said it, but I think it's sports-related, and it's been 
credited at times to Yogi Berra (a former baseball player who went 
on to be a commentator).  It refers to the fat viking ladies in old-
time operas, and I guess it means, "it ain't over till it's over".  
So I don't think that Hogwarts' Fat Lady sings.
