Harry the Auror... or not?

I could definitely see Harry as either an Auror or a Quidditch player. 
(It WOULD be great to see him as a Quidditch player, because it is the 
one thing that gives him such happiness and freedom! But what would he 
do when his Quidditch days are over?) 

What if he taught Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts? He's got 
a gift for DADA and really enjoys teaching and watching his students 
in DA improve. Maybe that's why JKR has kept the DADA prof job open 
for so long... But I wonder if he would be satisfied teaching others 
instead of being out there fighting dark wizards himself as an Auror. 
Thoughts?
