It's a bit like the Gryffs not having lessons with the Ravings, 
whereas they do with Slythes and Huffies..

As far as the other ghosts:  I guess they're like Myrtle or Binns.  
They "live" at Hogwarts for one reason or another, but aren't 
affliated with any particular house.
