I'm positive that Harry knows Snape was a Death Eater.
I think the only reason he asked Snape, during
Occlumency, why he called Voldemort the Dark Lord when
only Death Eaters do was because he just wanted to see
what Snape would say. Plus I think Harry was angry
with Snape and wanted to get under his skin.
