I agree...I couldn't see Lupin being married.  But what if he was married 
once?  I can see him falling in love with a girl...Him going on long trips...her 
'dumping' him after finding out he's a werewolf (either out of prejudice or 
deciding it just wouldn't work/isn't worth the effort).
