I agree. Molly was giggling with both Hermione and Ginny about
brewing love potions. She doesn't seem to have any problem with
Ginny being an adolecent. I see no reason to think she'd have a
problem with Ginny seeing Micheal, especially since it don't seem to
have been anywhere near serious.
And like you said, there wasn't even the slighest indication she
didn't want her parents to know. It seems to have been just Ron she
was sure would take it badly.
