I agree.  I go with Charlie being 11 years older than HRH.  That 
would make it 4 years since Gryffindore had won the Quidditch cup.  
I think it would be 3 years at the very least by the phrasing.  
Besides, I don't think they've won since Oliver was on the team and 
I'll lay odds he was on the team his second year.
