Yes, we know they're different things.  But they hadn't won the 
Quidditch Cup since Charlie finsihed school.  If he'd just finished 
the year before, they wouldn't have said that.

They hadn't won the House Cup in six years.  we're not suggesting it 
has been six years since they won the Quidditch Cup, but  rather 
that it has been four years (or three at the least).
