 I don't think so.  To produce a Patronus you have to think of your
happiest thought - and we are never told what Harry's thought
is.remember - he said he was able to produce it to save himself,
Hermione and Sirius because he'd already "seen" that he could do it -
because he'd seen the Patronus from the other side of the wand so to
speak.  
 
I think that the Patronus is a form of your happiest thought - which for
Harry would be FAMILY.
