Oh, I think it's very possible that Petunia and Lily had another 
sibling, a brother.  Mark Evans comes to mind.  I really don't think 
it's a coincidence that he has Lily's and Petunia's maiden name.  
Tho, it does not necessarily mean that there was another sibling, DD 
did say that Petunia was Harry's only direct bloodline 
relative "alive".  Yet, it may just mean that Mark's parents are 
dead too and he is being raised by relatives.  So, it could be very 
possible that Lily and Petunia had a sibling.
