I don't know if this has ever been mentioned before, but there was a 
children's book published in the 1960's I think (I read it when I was 
10 or 11 back in the early 70s), The Gammage Cup. The main 
character's name was Muggles. I remembered the book when the lawsuit 
with the other author came up a few years back.
