All the Weasley males seem to have royal names

Arther
Bill (short for William)
Charley (for Charles)
Percy (Percival)
Ron (Ronald)

They are all royal names.

Molly and Ginny I'm leaving off here as Molly isn't short for 
anything that I know of, but could possibly be a royal name. But 
Virginia is, lol!
