Obviously because old age is getting the better of me ...

Actually, it was a simple error, as what I WANTED to say at one point 
is that we were likley seeing a portion of a sequence that might have 
been repetitive, using that as a counter-arguement for one of my 
hypotheses ... But, I deleted that part of the message because the 
message itself was getting pretty long, and the result was a somewhat 
mangled message.

Of course, that may be age induced too ... There's no fool like an 
old fool, after all ;)
