Are you sure she wasn't just referring so writing about Sirius's
death?  His death seems to me to be the only time she has talked about
crying over in any interview.  I just think that if she said that a
Weasley would die it would have been publicized a lot by now!  I
respectfully suggest that maybe you mistaken about this.
