Hmm.... I would have sworn that I'd heard that somewhere before I was
ever sucked into the Potterverse, although I don't remember the man's
name being Running Weasel.  Internet research on this topic is, of
course, completely useless.  I'll hit the library and see if I can turn
up anything, or if I'm just a moron who's gotten her facts all screwy.
