> From the wikkipedia:
> [[[The term may come from the Arabic Abra Kadabra, meaning 'let
the things be destroyed' or from the Aramaic abhadda kedhabhra,
meaning 'disappear like this word'. Rather than being used as a
curse, the phrase is believed to have been used as a means of
treating illness.
It would help explain why a victim of AK is in perfect health save
from being dead. Perhaps some evil wizard discovered a new way to
use the spell. It's been shown that the wizard's intent is more
important than the actual incantation.
