If you want to get technical...Harry is still banned from Quidditch 
for life at then end of OotP.  Although, I am sure that all those MoM 
decrees were recinded (sorry about spelling) nowhere does it say so.

I am sure though that the ban was lifted and the decrees were 
recinded.
