I do remember reading about the recording of the births of witches 
and wizards. For some reason, don't ask me why, I attributed it only 
to the births of children born to magical families. I see now that I 
was short sighted. My question still lingers, though...why would a 
muggle child and his/her parents even pay attention to such a letter? 
I think JKR "has a lot of "splainin' to do."

Kristen...who wishes she'd received a letter to attend Hogwarts.
