Me:
It might be off page but didn't anbody realise that you neet to mutter under
aour breath? It's (like) a curse. It's in the book. Shortly before Harry
breaks into Snape's memory he can see him standing there muttering under his
breath!
It's not said that he did so in PoA and I think Fudge would have noticed it.
I don't even think it's not that legal for it looks like a curse and most of
all: It's one of LV weapons to detect untruthfulness!
It might be that DD used it when talking to Sirius but it's not quoted.
Legillimency is not something you do without any obvious sing everybody
standing beside you wouldn't see!
