The sweaters are very basic ones but I would start with a scarf.
There are some great HP forums here that are for costuming and
knitting - try MadameMalkins and HP Knits. My Quiddich Sweater
Pattern is on HP Knits and I hope to get the others up there
eventually. Also check with your local yarn shop or adult education
for knitting lessons - I really feel there is something with JKR and
knitting - it has come up in every book (hurray!)
