No, I think Dumbledore will try to let Ron have his dream wish from
SS/PS and in the 7th year he'll have reached his goal of being
both Quidditch captain and Head Boy (along with Hermione, of course).
I think that the level of responsibility that Harry will be carrying
at that point will not leave him any time for the kind of mundane
duties that a Head Boy has. I suspect that Dumbledore's other purpose
in that is to teach Ron that fame and status are not what really
matters in the long run. The only way that Ron can learn that would
be to actually experience it first hand.
