I am offended by personal opinions being thrown about as canon. That 
offends me on an intellectual level and I am responding to that. 

Simply put, there is more CANON proof that Harry is straight and 
there is speculation, and in this case, ludicrous and borderline 
offensive sweeping general statments. To whit: "Teen boy incapable of 
reading mixed-up girl's feelings - teen boy must be gay?"

I find discussions about posters' behavior and writing completely 
boring and usually the sign of a dying thread. I for one would prefer 
to let the thread die or get back on task.
