Small note: The Lexicon does say that Harry is half-blood, with a
muggle-born witch mother, and a wizard father. It's under the new
section of Blood Status. Not that it's going to help you find out
about James' parents, which I was hoping it would. But it at least
answers this one question. James' family had to be a wizarding
family because it states that James is a wizard not a half-blood.
