Where do I sign?  I've believed, since I read GoF, that there was 
*something* odd about the Longbottom's illness. Lucius Malfoy being 
associated with donations to St. Mungo's is just a little too 
convenient.  JKR doesn't waste words, and anything mentioned even in 
passing is usually a clue.  Those chocolate frog cards were pretty 
useful in PS/SS . . .

I'm re-reading the books right now, and I'll start taking notes on 
mentions of the gum.  (I expect that a lot of people who have seen my 
previous posts have just rolled their eyes)
