Interesting idea, but I don't think that the part of Voldemort inside 
of Harry remains there of its own free will. If that was the case, 
I'm sure it would have left Harry as soon as Voldemort returned to 
power. Plus the prophecy also states that Voldemort cannot live while 
Harry survives. So I'm afraid Harry will first have to die.

I wonder though if the Draught of Living Death won't turn somewhere 
in the coming books.
