I think so, too. McGonagall seemed to think he had the makings of an
auror, and I think that's the direction we'll see him and Hermione and
possibly even Ron going in Books 6 and 7. But I have another personal
and highly uncanonical reason for thinking that Harry (and Hermione,
at least) will be in Snape's Potions class: I can't imagine JKR
depriving herself and us of the pleasure of reading the Harry/Snape
scenes. So unless Snape becomes the DADA teacher (in which case he'll
still have Harry as his student), Harry will be in advanced potions.
Maybe, to Snape's enormous dissatisfaction, Neville will be, too.
