Now me:

And those large, dull office buildings (well, a relatively OK building actually) 
happen to include the HQ of publishing giant Random House, who 
presumably sent JK a rejection slip all those years ago... JK repeatedly takes 
swipes at the media, could this be nothing more complicated than a similar 
swipe? Could make sense, considering the item in question is a form of book.
