Room of Requirement/Mirror of Erised/Chamber Pots

I want to apologize for posting on this a little late. I just had to 
catch up on the digests that had piled up this week.
I don't believe that the Mirror of Erised was hidden in the Room of 
Requirement. After Harry had seen his parents/family in the mirror, 
he went and got Ron to have a look at it. In taking Ron back to the 
mirror, he would no longer be in need of a place to hide, thus 
not "requiring" the room any longer. Remember, DD said that he went 
back to investigate the chamber pot room and was unable to find it. 
He was unable to find it because he didn't have a need for a chamber 
pot at the time. 

Hope this makes sense.
