The only time Harry went "through the routine" so far as we know was
when he personally had to think up or "create" the DA room. None of
the other DA members had to do the routine. Whether he had to do it
before each meeting is not stated.

Search as I might, I still cannot say if even I believe the Mirror
room and the ROR are one in the same. But they might be... and that
could explain why such a fantastic mirror was left in an otherwise
apparently unsecured location.
