Get ready to say "aww, isn't that nice?".  Five years before GoF 
would have been the 12-year-old twins first Quidditch season. Bill 
probably came up to watch their first game.

Of course, if you think there's any possibility that he's the evil 
spy in the Order, he could have been trying to spot holes in 
Dumbledore's defenses...
