Hm :-) Interesting idea ! It is indeed possible that she's a Squib, 
and that DD accepted to meet with her just because she was a 
descendant of her famous Seer.

Now of course the question is : would she be the person who gets to 
do magic late in life ? Can you imagine what it would be like, if she 
could master her Seeing gift !?
