McGonagal may not have known that Riddle was 
behind opening the CoS, however that doesn't 
mean she doesn't know Riddle is Voldemort. 

I think McGonagal does know about Tom Riddle 
being Voldemort.  She's Deputy Headmistress 
and a member of the order.  He has to keep 
her informed so that she can protect the 
students especially Harry. I just don't see 
him keeping this information from her.
