I think you have some good points but I disagree.  I think Neville 
will continue to get better, but I think it will have little to do 
with a new wand.  I think that when Harry walked in to get his wand, 
there was only one wand for him.  Ollivander seems to have quite a 
hard time finding the right wand for Harry, but I think that when 
most WW come in there's probably a couple wands that would suit 
them.  Other than the fact that the Harry was meant to have his 
wand, I think he could have used either of his parents wands fairly 
well.  Ron only had trouble with his brother's wand after it broke, 
seems the next best wand to picking out one would be a family member.
