I assumemed that if Sirius had a will and testament that Harry would
get it. With the exception of Tonks and her mother, none of the
other Black blood relations seem to have been on any good terms with
the dearly departed Sirius, and since as early as PoA we see Sirius'
concern with Harry's living conditions (when Sirius offers Harry a
home following the shreiking shack scene) I think Harry will inherit
old Number 12 when he comes of age at the end of the seventh book,
so that after triumphing gloriously over LV, Harry has a home of his
own to go to, with Ginny Weasly at his side (well, that's how I want
the books to end anyway ;-)). And since everyone now knows that Lord
Thingy is back, I don't know how covert the Order will have to be,
but I would assume that they would keep the place as a back up, in
case of emergencies. But the interesting thing to see will be how
Harry treats Kreacher, who I assume will come with the house, if he
inherits the place before he has had time to "get over" Sirius'
death.
