Other than the Trio, I really love:

Neville Longbottom - I *so* very much want Neville to come into his own by the
time the series ends.  He's so lovable and has such a tragic story!

Minerva McGonagall - "Tripe, Sybll?"  And the line about "You look fine to me,
Potter, so forgive me if I don't excuse you from homework today.  If you die, I
assure you you need not turn it in."  She is such a smartmouth, in a very dry
way, and I'm sure that even though she is very strict, she's one of those
teachers you always remember (the kind of teacher I *try* to be, but alas don't
always make it)

Remus Lupin - another wonderful teacher.  He knows just what to say to students.
 I love when Snape makes the nasty comment about Neville and then Lupin comes
right back with something nice to say to Neville.

Mrs. Weasley - the way she mothers Harry is so sweet.  The ONLY thing I don't
like about her is when she slighted Hermione during the Rita Skeeter fiasco  -
but other than that she is so sweet!
