I do agree that Draco is evil, but I don't think the Buckbeak incident 
belongs on the list of his crime. It's not a crime to dislike a teacher 
and want him fired. Do you think that if Harry or Ron had a chance to 
cause Snape's dismissal, they would not use it? Maybe not after GoF, but 
  I can certainly see it during PoA.
