In iirc the Israeli and Russian versions, Blaise is a girl. You can tell by the verb and noun genders, or so listies have said.

I was looking at the pics that links were given to, and I saw that
the genders of the students were given by a little circle or a
coloured in square next to their names (circles are girls, squares
are boys). However, a very disappointing thing (and slightly ironic
too) was that the little circle or square for Zabini, Blaise, was not
visable in any of the pictures. We now have a list of names and
genders of the Hogwarts students in Harry's, Ron's and Hermione's
years, and yet we still don't know whether the infamous "Zabini,
Blaise" is of the male or female gender. Grrrr.....
