I think you mis-read her point ; )  I read  the original post as 
saying that possibly you couldn't got back to the previous day to fix 
things that had happened.  Such as, once Tuesday began that you 
couldn't go back to Monday to fix something on that day; not that you 
couldn't use the time turner multiple times on the same day.
