I agree with you that Harry "gets it", but that doesn't necessarily 
mean he doesn't feel guilty.  I'm sure he'll be suffering survivor's 
guilt all summer and will be going over the events of the tournament 
over and over in his head, wondering what he could have done 
differently for a better outcome.  I know I'd feel that way.

I also agree with everyone who says that Cho and Harry will never 
happen partly because of Cedric.  I would find it too soap opera-ish 
for Cho to run into Harry's arms because of their mutual mourning of 
Cedric.  I'd like to think JKR would avoid this as well.  Really, Cho 
rejected Harry (very diplomatically, I must add) and seemed to have 
real feelings for Cedric; Harry's chance with Cho is long gone.  I 
think they'll always be nice to each other, though.
