  Has anyone ever wondered why Sirius was never charged by the 
 Office 
 for the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts for owning an enchanted 
 motorbike?
 
 Arthur Weasley was brought under inquiry from his own office after 
 the flying Anglia was discovered and it was only flown twice..I 
 get 
 the impression that Sirius used the motorbike very often as it was 
 called "beloved". Just a question..not really going anywhere with 
 it...
